About Nepal

The classic short trek in the Annapurna foothills, built around one unmissable moment: sunrise from Poon Hill (3,210m) over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Starting and ending at Pokhara, the loop climbs through terraced farmland and rhododendron forest to the highland village of Ghorepani, then continues through Tadapani and the picture-postcard Gurung village of Ghandruk before dropping back to Nayapul. Well-maintained trails and cosy teahouses make it a suitable first trek for families and beginners alike.
